Ginger Peach Smoothie


Ginger Peach

1 cup boiling water
1 piece (about 2-inches) fresh ginger, peeled and crushed
1/4 cup honey
2 peaches, pitted and chopped
1 pint peach sorbet
1 Tbs lime juice

1. In a small, heat-proof bowl, pour boiling water over ginger.

2. Stir in honey; cool.

3. Remove and discard ginger. In a blender or food processor, combine peaches, sorbet and lime juice. Process peach mixture, while adding honey-ginger syrup in a slow, steady stream.

4. Process until smooth.
